Program Overview

RMA’s are migration agents registered with OMARA (Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority), Australia. RMA’s are required to have in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures and abide by the code of conduct set up by the OMARA.

  • Non-award (Subclass 575).
  • Foreign Affairs or Defense (Subclass 576).


Program Benefits

  • 3.During your coursework, you can work for 40 hours per fortnight and unlimited hours during your course-break.
  • 4.Your family members can work for 40 hours per fortnight if you have commenced your course. For post graduates, family members can work for unlimited hours.
  • 5.Your partner can also study in Australia for 3 months.


Eligibility


You are eligible when the following conditions are fulfilled:


  • Acceptance for full-time study in a registered course or part of a registered course.
  • Proof of your intentions to stay in Australia temporarily.
  • Proven finances for travel, tuition and living expenses for self, partner and dependent children whether they are reside in or out of Australia.
  • Meet the stipulated health requirements which vary individually.
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) which provides medical and hospital insurance.
  • Pass English Language Skills test.
  • Proof of entering Australia in good faith.
  • Zero outstanding debts to the Australian government.
